Erin’s Business Tip Of The Week

Make Efficient Use of Your Time During Meeting Delays.
To make the most efficient use of your time during a delay in the start time of a meeting, make a quick call or send an email that must be done to move a project forward. Emails are generally better, then you won’t get stuck on the phone causing further delay to the original meeting time. That delay time is valuable and can be used to quickly complete an action item for a project. Don’t think of the delay as a waste of time or down time, use it as an opportunity get something else done.
